Last Thursday, May 16th, Isabelle & Nicole presented at the Senior Center in Mountain View, California on Citizenship and Lawful Permanent Residency in the United States. During the one hour presentation, the team explained the applicable requirements and processes to become a U.S. Citizen and a Lawful Permanent Resident through a family member. In addition, Nicole discussed recent developments in immigration law, including the United States Senate Bill currently under review, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, and the B-1 and B-2 Visitor's Visas. The audience came from a variety of different backgrounds, including Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and Filipino. Mandarin and Russian translators assisted the team in explaining and fielding questions.
